Keith Warwick is a Member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers. - MBIPDT and is a Class 1 Instructor with the Association. He is also a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers UK. - MAPDT (01036) and is bound by their code of practice. He is an Advanced Dog Training Instructor with the Association. Keith has also been involved in South Korea and was, for some time a volunteer advisor to Samsung Search & Rescue centre.
His wife Carol is a qualified teacher and is experienced in the world of dog training. She has competed in Obedience & Working Trials as well as in more recent years in Agility. Both Carol & Keith believe in their personal professional development & regularly attend seminars, training workshops & courses to ensure that they are up to date with the latest training methods & research. This professional development means that their clients and their dogs benefit from the most up to date training available.
For the protection of our clients, both Instructors have clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).

Keith Warwick is an experienced dog handler, instructor and
assessor. He worked as a volunteer in the field of search and rescue
for almost 20 years. He has been a member of the Search and Rescue Dog
Association (SARDA) since 1986. He was appointed Training Officer of
SARDA (Lakes) in 1992. Keith has travelled to many places overseas to
instruct and advise in the training of search and rescue dogs,
including USA, Norway, Iceland, Finland and South Korea. In 2005 he was invited to speak at an International conference
in South Korea on the training of search & rescue dogs. He also
has experience in competing in Obedience and Working Trials and trains
all of his dogs in Agility. Keith was awarded a Class 1 Hon's.
Instructor's Certificate by the British Institute of Professional Dog
Trainers (BIPDT), and was offered membership of the Institute in
recognition of his work in search and rescue. The BIPDT is recognised
by the Kennel Club and has an international reputation as a body, which
trains and assesses instructors in many fields of dog work. He is also an Advanced Dog Training Instructor & member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (MAPDT 01036) and is bound by their Code of Practice. Amongst other things the APDT promotes kind, fair and effective methods of dog training. Keith is an Assistance Dog trainer & Assessor, he is a volunteer trainer and supporter of Dog AID (Assistance in Disability) a charity which helps to train dogs of disabled people to assist them in their daily lives. He is married to Carol, a qualified teacher with experience in competing in Obedience, Working Trials & Agility. Carol & Keith work closely to ensure that all training sessions run smoothly. They have a German Wirehaired Pointer, Jodi.
Carol & Keith are lovers of all breeds of dogs; they firmly believe that all
dogs need to be trained in order that they understand their place in
the family. Their training methods focus on kind and sympathetic methods
in order to achieve the desired results. Both Carol & Keith fully support the Welfare in Dog Training website as well as the punitive dog training whispering & outdated behaviour therapy joint statement.
